Breakfast
Hotel guests receive a complimentary breakfast daily from 7:45 am to 10 am.
Dinner
Reservations in the Bistro are for hotel guests, with limited additional reservations accepted. Open for dinner Wednesday through Saturday, from 5 pm to 9 pm, with our last seating at 7:30 pm. Reservations for non-guests will be taken only one week before the date requested.
After-Dinner
House-made desserts, coffee & espresso, specialty dessert cocktails, cordials & liqueurs.
Bar
Enjoy your favorite libation or one of our signature craft cocktails. Our bartenders use creative house-made syrups & garnishes, as well as interesting artisan small batch tonics & bitters, to design our unique craft cocktails. Several of our drinks showcase regional North Carolina spirits, including solar-made Mother Earth gin, single-malt Defiant whiskey, and Basil Hayden bourbon. Whether it's an updated twist of a revered classic or an inspired new creation, our libations will leave a mark.
