Our philosophy is to "Eat with Integrity – Live with Gratitude." Our intention is to carefully and continuously craft a menu that allows you to have as close of a relationship with your food as possible. We start by selecting responsibly sourced ingredients with a focus on organic, local, sustainable & seasonal fare. Our chefs artfully blend this fresh concept with a twist on traditional southern influences. Indulge yourself with our savory & sweet signature dishes that are simply and respectfully presented to engage your senses.

8:30 am - 3 pm Saturday and Sunday, Bistro open for brunch for hotel guests (complimentary) and the public.

Dinner Menu
Bistro open for dinner daily at 4:30 pm.

Reservations strongly recommended. Please call our restaurant at (828) 488-1934. We will take down the # in your party and provide a time slot for your arrival time. Due to seasonality and peak weekends, there is a chance that although you have a call ahead seating reservation, you may still have to wait. By placing your reservation in advance we will do our best to get you seated as close to your desired time as possible. You have priority over guests that are walking in without a reservation. We do not guarantee that you will be seated at your designated time.
