The Everett Hotel & Bistro is now closed for winter break. The Hotel and the Bistro will re-open on Friday, February 14. In the meantime, you can still make hotel reservations online. And we are available during winter break to take reservations by phone for any time after our break.

8:30 am - 3 pm Saturday and Sunday, Bistro open for brunch for hotel guests (complimentary) and the public.
Bistro open for dinner daily at 4:30 pm.

Enjoy your favorite libation or one of our signature craft cocktails. Our bartenders use creative house-made syrups & garnishes, as well as interesting artisan small batch tonics & bitters, to design our unique craft cocktails. Several of our drinks showcase regional North Carolina spirits including solar-made Mother Earth gin, single-malt Defiant whiskey, and Greybeard Bedlam rice vodka. Whether it's an updated twist of a revered classic, or an inspired new creation, our libations will leave a mark.
A selection of North Carolina craft brews are on tap – from IPAs to stouts – some even come from a few blocks away.
The Wine Vault
We offer a wide variety of fine wines, from our house wine selection to a large collection of more unique wines from around the globe.
Reservations strongly recommended. Please call our restaurant at (828) 488-1934. We will take down the number in your party and provide a time slot for your arrival time. Due to seasonality and peak weekends, there is a chance that although you have a call ahead seating reservation, you may still have to wait. By placing your reservation in advance we will do our best to get you seated as close to your desired time as possible. You have priority over guests that are walking in without a reservation. We do not guarantee that you will be seated at your designated time.
